Patent Prosecution Counsel
Patent Prosecution Counsel will be responsible for preparation and prosecution tasks associated with a segment of the Concert portfolio. On a daily basis, applicant will review pending actions, caucus with internal team to develop arguments and strategies, and formulate and draft reponses.
